Slut Yoga: Top Five Stretches for Submissives Before Play


Who’s ready for slutty yoga?! As any seasoned submissive knows, we have poses to show during scenes but what about before the fun happens? Here are some tips and tricks I’ve picked up over the years to help prepare for a scene or even wild sexy time, and with a Domme like mine, I definitely need to be ready. 


Remember to hydrate, stretch, and have fun!


  1. Stretch your ACL and calf: When participating in impact play always remember to keep at least one knee slightly bent while standing or bent at the waist. An odd tip I know, but learned from my past beginner mistake. If you lock your knees it restricts the blood flow, and can possibly make you light-headed and/or pass out. 


  1. Butterfly: Pretty basic pose to know, and will help stretch out your legs, and hips. Allowing for easy movement, and helps prevent leg cramping. 


  1. Frog Stretch: It may sound a bit odd, but I promise you it feels amazing and is fun. Get on your hands and knees, and angle your knees out while putting the bottom of your feet together. The goal is to keep your feet touching while you push your hips into the ground. While your feet and hips are stretching, keep your upper torso braced on your forearms.


  1. Child’s Pose: Helps with stretching your lower back for those who especially enjoy being on their stomach or bent over; this can also be used after play. 

    1. Begin in a tabletop position on your hands and knees, with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Extend your arms out in front of you, placing your palms flat on the floor. Slowly sit your hips back toward your heels, dropping your head and chest downward as your arms extend further and reach for the wall in front of you. If this stretch is too much, place a pillow under your belly to prop yourself up a bit and lessen the stretch of the low-back muscles. Hold this pose for 20 to 30 seconds or even longer.


  1. Pretzel Strech: Helps stretch your back and hips; especially if you plan to enjoy some angled romps (I know I have).

    1. Lie on your back, bend your knee and pull towards your chest with one hand. Then pull your knee across your body with your shoulders still on the floor; making you appear like a pretzel! 


Last tip and trick, remember to communicate with your partner if a position change is needed. Just because you’re submissive does not mean your opinion is any less than the Dominants.
